  • To be eligible for an exchange, the T-shirt must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and labels attached.
• How to Request an Exchange:

  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process, including providing details about the size you require.
• Shipping for Exchanges:
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item for an exchange.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement T-shirt to you. Shipping fees for the replacement item will be borne by Trutt.in.

• Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds are allowed only in cases where the payment for the order has failed or if there is a technical issue related to the payment process.
• How to Request a Refund:

  • Our team will assist in resolving the issue and initiate the refund process if necessary.
